101 Zen Stories is a minimalistic reading application created for quiet reflection and focused reading.
Fondor Labs respects user privacy. This application is designed to operate without collecting, storing, transmitting, or sharing personal data.
2. Data Collection
We do not collect any personal data.
This includes:
- No names
- No email addresses
- No phone numbers
- No device identifiers
- No location data
- No usage analytics
- No behavioral tracking
- No crash reporting tied to user identity
The app functions offline and does not transmit user information to any server.
3. Advertisements and Third-Party Services
Previous versions of the application included advertisements.
As part of a design decision aligned with simplicity and the spirit of Zen, advertisements and related third-party SDKs were removed.
The current version:
- Displays no advertisements
- Uses no analytics SDKs
- Integrates no third-party tracking services
- Shares no data with external entities
There are no third-party data processors involved.
4. Internet Usage
The app does not require an internet connection to function.
If internet permission exists in earlier builds, it is not used for tracking, profiling, or transmitting user data in the current version.
5. Local Storage
The app may store basic preferences (such as reading progress) locally on your device.
This data:
- Remains only on your device
- Is not transmitted anywhere
- Is permanently removed when the app is uninstalled
6. Children's Privacy
101 Zen Stories does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Since no personal data is collected, there is no processing of children's data.
7. Security
Because the application does not collect or transmit personal data, there is no external exposure of user information.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
If features are added in future versions that require data collection, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
